STUDIO FOUR AMENITIES Reserve Studio 4 for your next recital or event

A $75 [event] fee includes

90 minutes of studio time* each additional 15 minutes add $10

Use of well-maintained Yamaha C3 6' foot grand piano*

A “fresh” piano tuning requires 8 week advance notice and a $245 deposit, not including event fee.

Seating available for up to 45 comfortably, standard set-up (see photos)* additional seating may be available - please ask, limited due to space availability & other factors

Self-serve a light reception* for serving non-clear liquid beverages, for larger reception accommodations a $50 additional deposit is required - this is refundable if reception provisions are met.

Bottled water service is available for $15 additional fee, must be added to the deposit.

We offer supplies and service for up to 50, including serving utensils, serving plates/platters, compostable plates, flatware, cups, and napkins for $25 (due with deposit).

Space date and time will be guaranteed upon receipt of the full deposit - $75 + any additional amenities Balance of fees is due upon arrival / event start time.
